Introduction:
Defib Experts has zero tolerance for harassment or bullying. We aim to provide a safe and respectful working environment.
Unacceptable Behaviour Includes:
- Physical or verbal abuse.
- Unwelcome sexual advances.
- Insults based on personal characteristics.
Reporting Process:
Employees should report concerns to a Director. All reports will be investigated confidentially.
